Hi, I received my parcel today and wanted to say how impressed I was with your service. I ordered a rag fairy doll (which I have to convert into an angel doll having been completely unsuccessful in finding one!) on Monday night and received it today (Thursday) two days before xmas while other companies are giving out excuses right left and centre about the snow! Dear John,

Just a short email to you to say thank you so much for sending the Togz Warm and Dry suit so promptly. We awoke this morning to Fife's first snowfall of 2010 and I was keeping my fingers crossed for the doorbell to ring with my 'Wee Gooseberry' delivery, knowing full well that as soon as my 2 year old clapped eyes on the snow he would want to get out there! Given the weather conditions we were obviously unsure if it would make it here this morning, but were absolutely DELIGHTED to receive the Togz suit at 9am, meaning our son Connor, was out happily playing in the snow by 9.30am, completely warm and dry.

Thank you once again for your excellent service. I will have no hesitation in recommending to you to all my 'mummy mates' down here in Fife and also family/friends in the Elgin area.

Thank you so much for sending the Captain Paco items to the U.S.!!! I had them shipped to my Mother's house because mail delivery in the city of Chicago is not always reliable. She dropped the items off yesterday evening and they are more adorable than they appeared on the website! I am sad that the company is discontinuing the Captain Paco line but know there are a lot of other cute items. I will continue to watch your site for new arrivals.

You seem to be the only one that can get Lola as you are the 4th or 5th one I tried. Even Noukie wouldn't respond. My son Tucker was so excited, his face lit up, and he brought Lola right up to his daughter Reagan's room. When his wife Shauna came home and eventually went in to Reagan's room and saw Lola, she let out such a yell that I thought something was wrong. Pretty funny. It's great because Reagan's room is pink and brown. I have Paco at my house for when their son Rowan comes and my other grandchildren. Wow, Scarlet is only 3 and has her own e-mail and has already e-mailed me. I guess I have a sense of humor like you, John. My son got a kick out of your note as he saw it first.
