Our Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging)

and we'll refund or replace – it's that simple.

If you return an item within 14 days in perfect condition complete with original packaging we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. (Nicki B Clothing)

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order.

Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

If you have any other questions then please do contact us to discuss any concerns you may have. We hope you do not need to return any product to us but if you do then
we will do our best to ensure that this process is as stress free as possible.
