If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging)

and we'll refund or replace – it's that simple.

If you return an item within 7 days (seven) in perfect condition complete with original packaging we will be happy to refund the price you paid for  the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. (Nicki B Clothing)

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order.

Certificates are available  from the post office.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible but can take up to 30 days from receipt of goods.
