1. Name Of Person The Gift Is For
2. Message approx ten words
3. Address if not already given
4. Who it is from i.e. Aunty, Mum, Sister, Father Xmas, Uncle etc

This should all be written in the comments box as shown on the gift wrap option page, misc section.
